The Different Types of Beer

The acidity of a beer can come from the yeast strains used during fermentation or other factors, such as aging, which gives a beer its characteristic sour taste.

The body of a beer refers to the thickness and mouth-feel of a beer. It can be described as thin, light, medium, or full bodied.
