There is nothing more depressing than reading a pub review written by a Kiwi writer who clearly lacks social skills. This Kiwi writer compares English pubs to the alien bar in Star Wars or a university student’s hangout. He calls them uninviting, yells at the blackboard advertising the specials, and hurls beer glasses to the floor. That said, it does make for interesting reading.
